Approach

Our approach was a simple one, we turned to the ethical SEO practices which have been so successful with our other clients from the recruitment industry. This firstly involved clearing up the technical issues affecting the visibility of Forward Role’s website on Google.

Stage two, and the main focus for our strategy, was to obtain high-quality links and increase brand awareness for Forward Role across a multitude of digital publications. To achieve this, our content team began writing interesting, useful articles about the recruitment industry, which our outreach team then used to approach national newspaper and magazine websites, as well as relevant blogs.

In addition to this, we began running a traditional PPC campaign for Forward Role, targeting clients searching for digital marketing recruitment agencies and potential candidates for the most in-demand jobs.
