We’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager who can help drive the next phase of growth in the business.


Job Description


Our core company values center around honest communication and leaning on our experience to educate and inspire our clients. We’re looking for a driven and knowledgeable individual who can apply these values to the business development process to offer a genuine consultative sell.


You will be responsible for developing, nurturing and closing a high-end B2B sales pipeline, where the focus will also be on the quality of long-term relationship rather than short term commercials.


Our clients love leaning on our knowledge and insight, and we’re ideally looking for a candidate that has hands-on experience of working in the digital marketing sector. Our new business message is heavily focused around building genuine relationships, and we’re therefore looking for someone who has strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach to communication.


You will be reporting directly into the company Directors, and working within established process guidelines to see leads through to completion.


Key Responsibilities

  • • Managing a pipeline of new business leads through the company business development process
  • • Managing and maintaining an effective and organised CRM
  • • Attending networking events and relevant social events to make new connections
  • • Contributing towards the creation and execution overall sales and marketing strategies
  • • Working with the technical teams to develop in-depth proposals and quotes
  • • Attending sales pitches and contributing towards closing leads
  • • Creating and managing reporting and management information packs
