We are looking for a like-minded Head of Client Services to oversee our account management team and ensure the customer sits at the heart of everything we do.

 

Job Description

 

This is a great opportunity for a customer centric individual to join our team and help build and shape an industry leading client services offering. As Head of Client Services you will be responsible for taking lead on key client accounts, whilst leading the way on processes and standards for the wider department.

 

Reporting directly into the agency Directors, the successful candidate will identify and pursue growth opportunities for our clients whilst ensuring their expectations are being exceeded.

 

We are looking for someone who is highly organised and confident to work in a fast-paced environment. The role will suit a logical and curious thinker who is able to effectively problem solve and who has mindset of continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities:

 

-Overseeing departmental performance in line with the agency strategy

-Developing standards and processes within the department

-Managing key client accounts and acting as the link between agency and client

-Creating commercial opportunities with clients to maximise revenue growth

-Overseeing client reporting and contributing strategic direction to accounts

-Contribution to pitches and new business opportunities

-Day to day line management of the existing Client Services department, co-ordinating the team to deliver on the clients’ objectives

 

Experience/Skills Required:

 

-Experience in a similar role within an agency environment

-Proven track record of managing key client accounts

-An understanding of digital marketing services

-Highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail

-Strong commercial awareness with a desire to seek and pursue growth opportunities

-Excellent presentation skills

-Have an inquisitive mind, always problem solving and looking to make improvements

-Be a team player with the ability to work with other teams to build collaborative relationships

-A passion for leading and developing others
