Role Profile

 

Bring Digital is on the lookout for a Senior Outreach Executive to join their growing outreach team. We are looking for somebody who has a keen eye for outreach opportunities with a forward thinking mindset.

Core Responsibilities

 

  • Creating and executing outreach campaigns for your clients 
  • Meeting monthly targets
  • Creating outreach strategies for your clients on a monthly basis, whilst also updating where required
  • Pitching new campaigns and studies to journalists on behalf of our clients 
  • Developing key relationships with journalists at top publications 
  • Monitoring and reporting on key successes for campaigns to clients and Head of Outreach
  • Managing a range of client accounts for outreach/digital PR
  • Campaign ideation and brainstorming for client PR/content campaigns
  • Communicating with our clients directly on progress updates
  • Monitoring journalist requests and opportunities that are relevant to our clients
  • Actively monitoring news and social media trends on a daily basis
  • The ability to analyse data and studies to produce and include in client campaigns
  • Traditional link building techniques – link reclamation, citations, converting brand mentions etc.

 

Skills and experience

 

  • At least 2 years experience working in a similar role such as outreach or digital PR. 
  • Knowledge of SEO and outreach best practices
  • Examples of previous outreach and/or PR work 
  • Good organisational, communication and time management skills
  • Experience of using a variety of techniques to generate result
  • Good writing skills to create outreach email pitches and press releases  
  • Good understanding of PR and outreach trends and how they can be implemented

Interview process

 

If successful in the next stage, we would like you to produce a brief outreach strategy on how you will gain results for one of our campaigns. This will need to include an activity roadmap, hooks and angles, pitch email example and publication suggestions. This will need to be drafted into a client facing presentation that will be presented to the senior SEO team.
