We’re now on the lookout for a passionate, like-minded Paid Social Manager to join our team, and help us to accelerate the growth of our Paid Social department.


Role Profile


As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for working with the team to deliver ever-improving results for our clients, whilst developing strategic plans to identify longer-term growth opportunities. You will also be working closely with the Head of Paid Social to help strengthen department processes, team training and support with new client acquisition.


Core responsibilities as a Paid Social Manager include:


  • Planning and executing campaigns for clients across social platforms.
  • Analysing performance and optimising campaigns to achieve and exceed forecasts.
  • Creating client reports and pulling together regular performance updates for both clients and the internal team.
  • Compiling longer term strategies and forecasts.
  • Attending client calls and QBRs to update clients on our approach to the campaigns, provide performance updates and discuss next steps.
  • Supporting the Head of Paid Social with data analysis and slides for QBRs and client pitches.
  • Supporting more junior members of the team with their day-to-day tasks and overall development.


About You


We are looking for someone who lives and breathes Paid Social, with strong experience planning and executing campaigns across Paid Social platforms. You will be confident interacting with clients and providing regular performance updates, along with supporting clients with general questions around attribution and the strategy across the channel. You will also be comfortable supporting more junior colleagues, and aiding in their development.
