We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to contribute and drive growth through our affiliate marketing team, deliver great results for our clients and have fun while doing it. This is an exciting opportunity for a performance marketer be responsible for delivering a range of activity across a diverse and expanding range of clients.


Job description


We are open to innovation and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving new approaches to our clients’ affiliate activity. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest cashback and voucher codes sites in the UK as well as developing relationships with bloggers and influencers to deliver growth and increased exposure for our clients. You will be working closely with other senior marketing managers to help shape wider acquisition strategy across Bring Digital’s client range.

In the fast-paced world of digital advertising it is essential that you have the motivation to stay up to date with industry news and developments and the passion to drive innovation.


You will require strong communication skills and also have the ability to effectively keep your clients up-to-date with campaign progress and results. The ideal candidate will thrive when building client relationships and constantly be looking for opportunities to improve client satisfaction through exceptional campaign performance.


Core responsibilities


-Work with the clients to enhance affiliate performance by outlining strategy for new customer acquisition

-Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure publisher effectiveness and work with management to develop forecasts in line with client’s budgets

-Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners

-Effectively manage monthly promotional calendars and communications to publishers and clients

-Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns

-Implement strategies to increase quantity and quality of publishers in the Bring Digital network

-Manage key publisher relationships for the clients and identify opportunity to grow small to medium affiliates to increase client revenue

-Work with other departments to create go to market acquisition strategies with the aim of growing the affiliate profile within the business




-1 to 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing in house or agency side

-Strong Excel skills

-Excellent communication skills

-Methodical thinker and process driven

-Ability to present information to all levels of stakeholders

-Well organised

-Passionate and dedicated to deliver outstanding results

-Strong analytical ability and data driven
