To help us in our mission to do even more for our brand partners, we’re looking for a like-minded Account Director to join our client services team and ensure the customer sits at the heart of everything we do.


Job Description


We’re looking for a customer-centric individual to join our team and help build and shape an industry leading client services offering. As a Account Director you will be responsible for taking the lead on key client accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Customer Officer and other team members to ensure client satisfaction, retention and growth across your client base, whilst ensuring their expectations are being exceeded.


We are looking for someone who is highly organised and confident to work in a fast-paced environment. The role will suit a logical and curious thinker who is able to effectively solve problems and who seeks continuous improvement. This role is suited to an experienced senior account manager with experience on large accounts.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Managing key client accounts and acting as the link between agency and client
  • Creating commercial opportunities with clients to maximise revenue growth
  • Build and sustain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Overseeing client reporting and contributing strategic direction to your clients
  • Contribution to pitches and new business opportunities


Experience/Skills Required:


  • 5 years experience in a similar role within a digital marketing agency environment
  • Proven track record of managing key client accounts
  • An understanding of digital marketing services
  • Brilliant interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong commercial awareness with a desire to seek and pursue growth opportunities
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Have an inquisitive mind, always problem solving and looking to make improvements
  • Be a team player with the ability to work with other teams to build collaborative relationships
