Affiliate & Partnership Manager / Executive

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate and Partnership Manager or Executive to join our partnerships team.

What we’re looking for


We’re looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about affiliate marketing, who can create strong partnerships with global brands and can find innovative ways to drive growth.


You’ll be working across a diverse range of clients from fashion to insurance, each with its own unique strategy and tone of voice.

The role


Working closely with our team, you will:


  • Implement and execute a number of affiliate and partnership campaigns working towards the agreed KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders
  • Identify and integrate relevant partnerships to allow the brand to grow
  • Report on results directly to your manager, account managers and clients. Identifying key opportunities or issues
  • Work alongside clients to create and maintain affiliate promotional calendars
  • Sourcing and recruiting new opportunities with commercial partners



  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an affiliate/partnership role. (In house or agency side)
  • Experience using affiliate networks
  • Strong knowledge of the partnership marketplace
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience working towards tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong negotiation skills

As a business, we are currently working remotely with a view to returning to the office 2 days per week when appropriate
